Concepts- The Travel Professionals

We’ve been over here at Block No- 28/1C for a good while now. It’s part of the P&T Qtrs on Kali Bari Marg. If you know New Delhi 110001, you know it gets quite busy around here with all the government housing and people moving about. We call ourselves Concepts- The Travel Professionals, though most days we just feel like regular folks trying to get the paperwork sorted. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place with some desks and a lot of talk about trips and tickets. Sometimes the fans are loud and the tea arrives a bit late, but that’s just how it is. Kali Bari Marg has a certain rhythm to it, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to work. We see the same faces passing by the window every day. Being in the P&T quarters means we are right in the middle of things. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It's a straightforward setup. We handle travel stuff because that’s what we know how to do. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the weather, and other days it’s a bit of a scramble. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the details are right. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day at 28/1C.
