Computer And Attending The Guest On There Itinerary is a long name, I know. We are situated at G-18 on the second floor in Masjid Moth. That’s in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi. Our day usually starts with checking the emails and looking over travel plans for people. We deal with a lot of computer-based tasks, hence the name. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a few computers set up and a table for when guests come in to talk about their trips. Masjid Moth is a pretty busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We spend hours looking at maps and booking flights or hotels. Sometimes the internet slows down and we have to wait a bit, which is frustrating but part of the job. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We don’t wear suits or anything like that; we just dress comfortably. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on getting the itineraries right so people don't get lost or run into trouble on their travels. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, but we like it well enough. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when we take a break.
