Our office is located at Ba Janak New Delhi Puri 110058, right in the middle of a very busy part of town. Competent Forex Services Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now. Dealing with currency means we spend almost all day looking at screens and watching numbers change. The office itself is quite small and can get a bit crowded when a few people come in at the same time. We have a couple of sturdy desks and a safe for the cash, but that is about it. It is not a place for lounging around. We have to be very careful with the counting, so it stays pretty quiet inside while we work. Janak Puri is a noisy area, and we can hear the horns honking outside all day long. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the noise to hear each other. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that on the walls, just a clock and some rate charts. Lunch is usually a quick affair because we cannot leave the office empty. We take turns going out to get food from the stalls nearby. It is a very straightforward way to earn a living. We just focus on the money and the paperwork and try to make sure everything balances out before we lock up for the night.
