Our spot is at House No. 92 in Zamroodpur, right near GK1 in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a tucked-away place, but we like it that way. At Cocktails And Dreams, we spend our time focused on the work at hand, usually surrounded by a lot of gear and supplies. The streets around here are narrow and always have something going on, which keeps things interesting. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Inside, it’s a mix of different activities depending on what’s needed that morning. We have a lot of stuff stored in the corners because we never seem to have enough space. It’s definitely a lived-in kind of office. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or trying to impress anyone who walks through the door. It’s more about being functional. Most of us have been around for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s a small area where we take breaks, usually just sitting on whatever chairs are free. The lighting isn’t the best, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just try to get through our to-do lists and make sure nothing gets overlooked. Dealing with the logistics of being in Zamroodpur is just part of the job. It’s a real place with real people, and we’re just doing our bit in this part of town. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we manage.
