Down here on Raja Puri Road, the traffic is basically constant and very loud. Our spot at D-27 in Vishwas Park is right in the middle of all that Uttam Nagar chaos. It’s a busy building with people walking up and down the stairs all day long, and the walls are a bit thin. We have a small office space where we handle everything. It’s not very polished; the paint on the walls is a bit old and the desks are pushed close together to make room for the printers. Outside, you can hear the horns honking and the street vendors shouting their prices. We usually leave the door open to get some air, even if it brings in the dust from the road. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and we are just trying to keep up with the daily pace. There are wires hanging outside and the street is quite narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting us. We spend most of our mornings drinking chai and looking through the schedules on our clipboards. It gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we have a few old fans going at full speed. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait for it to come back. It’s a simple operation with a few people who have worked together for a long time. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby area.
