Our office is at E-518 in Kochar Plaza, right at Ramphal Chowk in Dwarka Sector 7. Being at the chowk means there is always something going on outside. Cmt Holidays is located inside the plaza, so we have to go through the main entrance every morning. It’s a standard office space with a few computers and some very used chairs. We spend the day looking at flight schedules and hotel prices. It’s not as glamorous as the pictures in the brochures make it look. A lot of it is just waiting on hold or typing out emails. We’ve got a small kettle for tea because we can’t function without it. Sometimes the printer jams when we are trying to print out a ticket, and that’s always a bit of a headache. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge budget. We are just a small team trying to make sure people have a good time on their breaks. We’ve lived in Dwarka for years, so we know the area well. The plaza can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just tell people what’s available and what the cost is. It’s straightforward work. We like helping folks plan their time off and seeing them come back happy. It’s just how we run things here every day.
