Cmcg India Ptd.Ltd. is based out of Lucknow, right in Uttar Pradesh. We’ve been here for some time now, and the 226002 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. Lucknow has its own pace, you know? It’s not as rushed as Delhi, but we still keep our hands full. The office is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, some old chairs that squeak a bit, and a lot of paperwork piled up. It’s not a showy place. We focus on getting the day’s tasks finished without too much fuss. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones won't stop ringing. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, so the AC is our best friend, even if it makes a weird rattling noise sometimes. We’re just a group of people trying to do our jobs well. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. It’s just business as usual every morning. The walk to the office is nice when it’s not too dusty outside. We know the neighbors, and we know which food stalls have the best snacks for the afternoon slump. We’ve settled into a rhythm here in Lucknow. It’s a good city to be in, even if the traffic gets messy around the main roads. We don't plan on moving anytime soon because we’ve finally figured out how to make this space work for us and the work we do.
