Our office is tucked away at F-1 in Salimar Appartment, which is right in the middle of South Ex Part 2 in New Delhi. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We spend our days at Club9Vacations trying to figure out travel plans for people. It’s mostly us sitting at our desks with a lot of brochures and maps spread out. We spend hours on the phone talking to hotels and airlines to see what's available. It’s not a big fancy office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It’s just a couple of rooms where we get things done. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines go down, and we just have to wait it out. People come in to talk about their holidays, and we just give them the facts about where they can go and what it will cost. We don't use any big marketing words. We just look at the schedule and see what fits. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files piled up, but that’s just how it goes. New Delhi is a hectic place, but once you get inside Salimar Appartment, it’s a bit quieter. We just keep our heads down and work through the bookings one by one. It’s practical work and we’ve been doing it here for a good long time.
