Our place is over in Madangir, tucked inside Kamla Niwas. The address is a bit of a mouthful, G-Ii-186-187, but most people find us once they get to the right street. It’s a lively neighborhood, to say the least. There is always noise coming from the street, vendors yelling or bikes zooming past. Inside the office, it’s a bit calmer. We spend our days putting together vacation packages and talking to hotels. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at; it's just a room with some sturdy tables and computers that have seen better days. We’ve got a small area where we keep the files for all the different trips we manage. Rajesh and the rest of us stay pretty busy, especially when the holiday seasons are coming up. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. It's mostly just us answering questions and trying to make sure the bookings are correct. Sometimes we have to stay late to deal with time zones if we’re calling somewhere far away. The lighting in the office is a bit dim, but we have enough tea to keep us awake. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and they know us. We just focus on the daily grind of travel planning without making a big deal out of it or pretending to be something else.
