Our office is over at Lodhy Road Complex, specifically at 1859. We share the space with Mr. Deepak Bahuguna, and it’s a pretty busy little spot in New Delhi. Working on vacation planning means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps and hotel lists. The area around here is nice because there’s a bit more greenery than in some other parts of the city. We aren't a huge company, just a handful of us trying to make sense of travel schedules and bookings. The office gets cluttered with brochures and printouts pretty quickly, especially when it’s the holiday season. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lounge area; it’s mostly just desks and chairs pushed together. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking to customers at the same time. We usually have a lunch break where we just sit around and talk about things other than work. The building itself is older, so you have to know where you are going to find us. We don’t really do much advertising around the neighborhood. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or if they know Deepak. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when things get a bit hectic with the travel dates and the bookings we have to manage every day. We just try to get people where they want to go.
