Our office is located at 282, Lane 1 in Noor Nagar. It’s part of the Okhla area in New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of energy. We spend our time here talking to people about their vacations and memberships. It’s not a fancy resort itself; it’s just the place where all the planning and paperwork happens. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. The staff here are just regular people who know a lot about different travel spots. Sometimes the tea lady comes around and we take a break, which is the best part of the afternoon. We don’t really use scripts or anything like that. We just tell people what we know. Okhla can be a bit loud with all the traffic, but once you’re inside Lane 1, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change. People often come in with a lot of questions about how the memberships work, and we sit down and go through it with them. It’s a practical environment. We don't have marble floors or anything like that. It’s a workspace where we try to keep things organized so people can go on their trips without any trouble. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking computers. We just keep at it every day from our little spot in Noor Nagar. It gets the job done for everyone involved and keeps us all busy until the evening rolls around.
