Our office is located at 209/B in Munirka, near the JNU area in Delhi-67. Even though our name is well-known, this specific location is a simple working office for our local staff. We don't have the luxury of the resorts here. Instead, we have a bunch of desks, a lot of phones, and a very busy atmosphere. Munirka is a crowded place and the streets are always full of students and people going about their business. The building we are in is quite old and the stairs can be a bit of a climb. We spend our day managing bookings and talking to people about their travel plans. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork. We don't have any polished marketing materials lying around the office. It’s just a place where work gets done. Most of us live nearby and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know the local chai wallah and the shops around the corner. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate entity when you talk to us. We are just regular people who know the travel industry and want to help people get their trips sorted. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak seasons, but we just put our heads down and work through it. We like the energy of Munirka and being so close to the university campus keeps things interesting every day.
