You can find us at 175, C, Ekta Enclave in Piragarhi, New Delhi. We are basically in the business of vacations. It’s a lot of talking to families about where they want to go for their next break. Our office is tucked away in the enclave, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We spend our days looking at photos of resorts and trying to figure out booking calendars. It can get pretty confusing with all the different dates and membership levels. We have some old desks and a few posters of beaches on the walls. People come in mostly to complain about their points or to ask how to book a room in the mountains. We try to be honest about what is available. Sometimes the system crashes right when we are about to finish a booking, which is a pain. Piragarhi is a busy area, but our little corner is okay. We aren't fancy people. We just know a lot about how these holiday plans work. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we’ve heard every question there is. It's nice when someone comes back and tells us they had a good time. We don't have a big marketing team; we just answer the phones and talk to the people who walk in the door. It is a decent way to spend the day, helping folks plan their time off.
