Our office is located at 1/5224/C in Gali Number 7 over in Balbir Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know that the lanes can be a bit of a maze. Gali Number 7 is no different, but we’ve made our home here nonetheless. It’s a typical local setup where we spend our hours looking at holiday schedules and talking to people about where they want to go for their next break. We aren't sitting in some high-rise building with a view. Instead, we’re right here on the ground level where we can see the street life passing by. There’s always someone stopping to ask for directions or just saying hello. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed papers scattered around. We try to keep it tidy, but when it gets busy, that usually goes out the window. The air conditioner hums away in the corner, trying its best to keep the Delhi heat at bay. Sometimes we have to step outside just to get a bit of air because the office feels small when the whole team is working hard on bookings. We aren’t about flashy presentations or anything like that. We just sit down, pick up the phone, and try to sort out what people need. It’s a bit loud and a bit chaotic at times, but that’s just how Balbir Nagar is, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of it.
