Our office is in a building called Om Leela Niwas, which is number 118 in Kilokri. It’s tucked away near Maharani Bagh in New Delhi. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re just driving by, as the lanes around here can be a bit confusing. Once you find the building, you’ll see our small sign. Inside, it’s a busy little space with people talking about travel plans and looking at maps. We have a lot of brochures and old magazines lying around on the tables. The office isn't very big, so we’re all pretty close to each other. You can hear every conversation, which can be a bit noisy but it keeps us all on the same page. We have a small pantry where we make tea and heat up our tiffins. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over the years. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of friends working together to get things organized. The 110014 area is quite central, so we get people from all over coming in to talk to us. We just sit them down, offer them some water, and get to work. It’s a bit cluttered and the lighting isn't the best, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We just focus on getting the details right for everyone who walks through the door.
