You can find us on the second floor of a building in Lado Sarai, right in Room Number 09. The address is I-184, Khoke Gali Number 1. It is near that big 555 building that everyone uses as a landmark. You have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. Our office is a bit small, and we have a lot of travel brochures and old files stacked up in the corners. Most of the day is spent on the phone, talking to hotels or trying to fix flight schedules for people. It gets a bit loud because we are close to the main road, but you stop noticing the traffic after a while. We drink a lot of tea that we get from the shop downstairs. Sometimes we have clients come in to pick up their papers, and we have to clear off a chair for them to sit. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a workspace where we try to stay organized. We are a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering emails to running errands. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take a turn trying to fix it. It isn't a high-tech corporate office. It is just a place where we work hard to make sure people's trips go okay. We prefer it this way, keep it simple and local.
