Our office is over on Asaf Ali Road in New Delhi. It’s right in the thick of things. Dealing with waste and environmental stuff isn't always glamorous, but it’s what we do here at Clean India Ventures Private Limited. The streets outside are always crowded, but inside we’re focused on how to handle the trash problems cities have. We don't use big words to describe it. It’s about taking things that people throw away and finding a way to make them useful or at least less of a mess. We spend a lot of time looking at machines that process organic waste. Sometimes the equipment gets dirty or a sensor acts up, and we have to go out and fix it. Delhi is a tough place for this kind of work because there’s just so much volume. We started this because we saw a need in our own neighborhoods. It’s not a hobby; it’s a full-time job for everyone here. We don't have a PR team. Most of our work comes from people seeing what our machines can actually do. It's about being practical. We have some smart people on the team, but they aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just want to do our part without making a big scene about it. We’re just here on Asaf Ali Road, doing the daily grind. It's hard work but it's worth it.
