Our office is tucked away in Khirki Extension, New Delhi. The address is J-2/7. If you’ve ever been to Khirki, you know the lanes are narrow and it can be a real puzzle to find us the first time you visit. It’s a very local neighborhood with houses and small shops all mixed together. We do telecom work here in this small pocket of Delhi 110017. It’s not a glass building with security guards at the front. It’s just a door on a normal street. Inside, we have our equipment and a couple of desks where we manage all the accounts. The noise from the street comes right in through the windows—scooters, street sellers, and kids playing outside. It keeps us connected to the real world while we work. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the tea stall guy around the corner very well. We don't have any big slogans or polished marketing stuff on the walls. We just fix things when they break and talk to our customers like they are our neighbors. Sometimes the internet is slow or a cable gets cut somewhere down the street, and we just deal with it. Delhi is a tough city to navigate, but we’ve found our little corner here. It’s practical, maybe a little bit cramped, but it’s ours. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big fuss about things. That is just how Clay Telecom operates.
