Classic Tours And Travels

Our shop, Classic Tours And Travels, is located in Chankya Place Part 2, right in the heart of Uttam Nagar. M-41 is where you’ll find us, usually surrounded by maps and brochures that have seen better days. The road outside is always dug up or busy with rickshaws, which makes for a lot of noise. We spend our time talking to folks who want to go on a trip or just need a bus ticket to the next state. It’s a small room with two desks and some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We don’t have a website that works all the time, so most people just walk in. The ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing. Sometimes we stay late because someone’s flight got delayed and they’re worried. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like helping people figure out their travel plans. The walls are covered with posters of mountains and beaches that look a lot nicer than the street outside. We keep a big jug of water in the corner for anyone who’s thirsty from the walk. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. We’ve been here for years, so the neighbors all know us by name. It’s just a regular local travel desk where we try to get the bookings done right.
