Claridges Hotel

You might know the name, but this specific office is at 4 Block, Qtr No. 8 in Lodhi Colony, New Delhi. It is quite a different vibe from a typical hotel lobby. Lodhi Colony is one of those classic Delhi neighborhoods with the yellow buildings and the big arches. Working here feels very grounded in the history of the city. Our space is quite modest. It’s an old government-style quarter that has been converted for our use. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things here. It isn't always glamorous work. There are files to be sorted, schedules to be managed, and plenty of phone calls to take. We don't have fancy carpets or chandeliers in this office. Just sturdy desks and people who have been with the company for years. The best part of being here is the walk to the local market for a quick lunch. The trees are huge and provide good shade even in the peak of summer. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just speak plainly and get the job done. Sometimes the plumbing in these old buildings acts up, or the walls need a new coat of paint, but we don't mind much. It’s a comfortable place to work. It feels like we are a small part of a much bigger machine, doing our bit in a quiet corner of the capital.
