Clarck Inn, Alwar As Management Trainee

The address here is Sundaram 858 C, which is in Tulsi Nagar in the Kakadev area of Kanpur. This is actually a home address where I stay while I am working as a management trainee for Clarck Inn in Alwar. It’s a bit of a distance between the two cities, but Kanpur is my base. Tulsi Nagar is a quiet place, mostly just families and students because Kakadev is known for all its coaching centers. The house is on a regular residential street and it’s where I spend my time when I’m not away for my training sessions. Being a management trainee means I am still learning how everything works in the hotel business, from the front desk to the back office. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the hours are very long, especially when you are just starting out. I don't have a big corporate story to tell. I’m just someone trying to get through my training and learn the ropes of the hospitality world. Kanpur is a very busy city with a lot of dust and traffic, but Tulsi Nagar is a bit more relaxed. I’ve lived in Uttar Pradesh most of my life, so I’m used to the way things work here. There’s no big staff here at this house, just a normal home life. I just keep my books and my work stuff here while I figure out my career path.
