We are based in B-73, R.B.I. Colony, over in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a quiet residential kind of area, which makes for a nice change from the really loud parts of New Delhi. Citymax Hotels Pvt. Ltd. has been around here for a while. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more like a home that we turned into a workspace. You’ll find us mostly dealing with bookings and talking to people about where they want to stay. Some days it’s very quiet and we just drink a lot of tea while we work. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and it feels like everyone wants something at the exact same time. We don't have a big sign out front, so you might walk right past the gate if you aren't looking for the house number specifically. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the others work. We don't really have fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit around, handle the hotel business side of things, and make sure everything is sorted out. It’s a decent place to work. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask how things are going. It feels more like a small family business than a big private limited company, even if that is what the name says on our papers.
