City Property Management Services

The office is over in Janakpuri, specifically at A5B / 149B. It’s a busy part of West Delhi, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days, especially if you arrive after ten. We’ve been handling property management from this spot for a good while now. The space is a bit cluttered with folders, maps of the local blocks, and heavy rings of keys for various houses we look after. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small nameplate that’s starting to fade. It’s a very local operation. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, checking on sites or meeting with plumbers and electricians. When we are here, it’s mostly to catch up on the phone calls and deal with the accounts. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We use simple English to talk to our clients because it’s easier than using all that real estate jargon. It’s a straightforward business—people have issues with their houses, and we try to get them sorted out as quickly as the local contractors allow. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It’s just a regular neighborhood office where we do our best to stay organized despite the general chaos of the city.
