City Hospital Affilited With Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

You can find City Hospital at House Number Lal Darwaza in Sita Ram Bazar. We are affiliated with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. It is right in the heart of Old Delhi, so the streets are very narrow and always full of people and carts. The location means we stay quite busy with patients coming through. The building is old and has that classic Delhi feel to it. We have several small rooms for checkups and a waiting area that is almost always full. The noise from the bazaar outside never really stops, you can hear the bells and the shouting all day long. Our staff is used to the rush. We have a lot of files to keep track of and the doctors are always moving from one room to another. It is a bit of a maze inside if you aren't used to it. We try to keep things clean but with so many people, it is a constant job. We have a small pharmacy counter near the entrance. The heat in the summer makes the fans work overtime. Most of our patients are from the local neighborhood. They walk here through the lanes of the 110006 area. It is a community place, really. We don't have the big glass windows of the new hospitals, just old-fashioned walls and a lot of history in this part of town. We just try to help everyone who comes in. It is a busy life here.
