Citi Financial

We’re over in Panipat, specifically at B-281 in the Nfl Township. It’s a quiet spot in Haryana compared to the bigger cities. This office for Citi Financial is tucked away in a place where most people live, so it’s got a different feel to it. The building is a standard township house that we’ve converted for our needs. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic here. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and the accounts that come through. The neighborhood is pretty calm, with trees and families around. We like it because it’s easy to get to work without sitting in hours of traffic. The office inside is simple—just some tables, a few old computers, and stacks of folders. We try to keep it tidy but when it gets busy, papers end up everywhere. There’s no big corporate lobby or security guard at a desk. We just open the door when someone rings the bell. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s families and routines. We have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a very laid-back environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just do the job and make sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s a steady pace here, and we prefer it that way over the city rush. It’s a good little community.
