Citi Bank

We are the Citi Bank office located at 825 on the second floor in Sunlight Colony. We are right there in the Ashram area, opposite the Shiv Mandir in New Delhi 110014. It is a busy spot, and you can always hear the bells from the temple across the way. Our branch is not like the massive ones you see in the movies. It is a practical space where we handle bank stuff for people in the neighborhood. We have desks for the staff and a place for customers to sit while they wait. It gets crowded in the mornings, especially when people are trying to get things done before work. We handle papers, accounts, and all the usual money things. The staff here are just local folks who know the regulars by name. Sometimes the printer jams or the queue gets a bit long, but we try to keep things moving. Being on the second floor means a bit of a climb, but it is a good view of the street. We do not use a lot of fancy banker talk here. We just explain things clearly so people know where their money is going. It is a steady place in a loud part of Delhi, and we have been part of the colony for quite a while now. We just focus on the daily transactions and keeping the records straight.
