Cinnabon

Our shop, Cinnabon, is over at C-619 in Dakshinpuri, New Delhi-110062. It is a lively area and we are glad to be part of it. If you walk by, you will usually smell what we are making before you see our door. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially in the middle of the day, but we are used to it by now. We are a small team of local people just trying to keep things running. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a simple space where we do our work every day. The floors can get a bit sticky from all the sugar and dough, but we give it a good scrub at the end of every shift. We have been at this address for a long time. Dakshinpuri has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. We don't really do much advertising or have a big marketing plan. Most people find us just by word of mouth or by walking past. Sometimes we run out of certain items early in the day, and we just have to tell folks to come back tomorrow. It is a simple routine that we have grown to like. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to make something people enjoy. It is just regular work for us, and we are fine with that.
