You can find us at H.No.593, right on Street No.1 in Lao Sarai. It’s a part of Mehrouli in New Delhi that has a lot of character. We run Cinnabar Cuisine Pvt.Ltd., but most people just know us as Nudeli Restaurant. It’s a cozy spot, maybe a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we think that adds to the vibe. We aren't some big chain restaurant with uniforms and scripts. We just cook food and serve it to whoever walks through the door. The kitchen is always loud and someone is usually humming or arguing about a recipe. It's a real place with real people. We chose this spot in Lao Sarai because it felt right. New Delhi is full of places to eat, but we just wanted to have our own little corner where we could do things our way. Sometimes the lights flicker or we run out of a certain ingredient by eight o'clock, but we make it work. It’s a lot of hard work, being on your feet all day, but seeing people finish their plates makes it worth it. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people to come by if they’re hungry. We’re just a local restaurant trying to make a living and feed the neighborhood. We aren't fancy, but we have good intentions and plenty of salt in the kitchen.
