Cibo, Hotel Janpath New Delhi

Cibo started out with just a few of us here in New Delhi. We are located over in Chirag Delhi, at 514. It’s a busy area, honestly. If you know Delhi, you know how Chirag Delhi can get during rush hour. It is a bit of a maze back here, but we like it. We have links to the Hotel Janpath side of things too, but this spot is where the daily grind happens. The office isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got some old chairs and a table that wobbles a little if you lean on it too hard. It gets quite warm in the summers, so the fan is always running. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone or just sorting through paperwork. It’s not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby. The sounds of the city are always there in the background—horns honking and people shouting. It’s got a certain energy to it. We don't have any big goals to be some huge corporation, we just try to get through the pile of work on our desks by the end of the day. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping things straightforward. If you ever find yourself wandering around Chirag Delhi, you might pass by us without even realizing it’s an office.
