Our spot is in Subhash Nagar, right at House No 225 in Block No 2. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite local and familiar. We’ve been working out of this house for a bit now. Usually, there’s a lot of activity in the mornings getting everything ready for the day. The street gets a bit narrow when people park their cars on both sides, so you have to be careful coming in. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby like those places you see downtown. It’s just us inside handling the daily tasks and managing the orders. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes and supplies, but we always find a way to make it work. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all walk or take a quick rickshaw ride. It’s a simple setup. We deal with a lot of orders and checking the stock in the back room. The weather in Delhi gets so hot that we have to keep the cooling running all day, which is a bit of a struggle with the old wiring sometimes. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn’t a lot of fuss. Just the team sitting around the table making sure the numbers match and the deliveries go out to where they need to go. If the power goes out, we just take a short break outside until it comes back. It's just a normal day.
