Chokhi Dhani Resort Jaipur {Delhi Sales Office}.

I work at the Delhi Sales Office for Chokhi Dhani Resort Jaipur. We are based out of Patel Nagar here in New Delhi. It is a bit of a weird setup because the actual resort is way over in Jaipur, but we handle the local things from this small office. It is mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of brochures piled up in the corners. Patel Nagar is quite crowded, and finding a parking spot near the office is a total nightmare most mornings. I usually just take the metro to avoid the headache. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon which makes it quite warm, so we have to keep the AC running pretty much all the time. Sometimes people walk in thinking we have a restaurant here, and we have to tell them it is just the sales office. It’s kind of funny seeing their faces. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away on the laptops. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors talking sometimes. There is a small coffee machine in the corner, but it’s usually out of water. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighborhood has changed a lot. There are new shops opening up every month. It’s just a regular place to work, nothing too special about the building itself. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down.
