We are located at 143 D, Mahendru Enclave, which is right opposite Model Town - 3 in Delhi -33. Choice Hotels India is the name on the door, but our office here is pretty low-key. It’s not a hotel itself, but the place where we manage a lot of the stuff that goes on across the country. Being in Mahendru Enclave is convenient because it’s a well-known spot, but we are tucked away enough to actually get work done without too many distractions. The office is a mix of old files and new computers. We spend a lot of time talking to different properties and making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a fancy uniform or a big reception desk with a bell. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if someone knocks. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the bookings and the admin work. It can get a bit chaotic when things are busy, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We’ve been at this address for a while and the people around here know us as the hotel office. It’s just a practical space for a practical job. We don't use a lot of big corporate lingo. We just tell it like it is and try to keep things moving.
