You can find us over at 77 Houzrani in Malviya Nagar. It is one of those parts of New Delhi that never really seems to sleep. The office is tucked away in a spot that can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. We do a lot of the heavy lifting for hospitality services from this building. It isn't a fancy hotel itself, just the place where the planning and the paperwork happen. There are always delivery bikes zooming past the front door and the sound of the market nearby. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people talking about room rates or booking systems. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It is a very functional space. Some of the rooms are filled with old records and others are busy with new staff learning the ropes. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going because the pace can be quite fast. Malviya Nagar has a way of making everything feel urgent. We just try to keep things moving in the right direction. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes the phones all ring at the same time, but we are a decent crew just trying to make sure the hotels we look after are doing what they should. That is our daily life here in this small corner of the city.
