Chintan Environmental Research And Action Group

We are over at Flate No.-92 in Pocket-E of Sector-17, Dwarka. It’s just a regular spot in New Delhi, zip code 110078. Most days here at Chintan Environmental Research And Action Group start with the sun coming through the window and someone making a fresh pot of tea. The desks are usually covered in files and research papers because there is always something to look into or some action that needs taking. It is not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We have some old chairs and the printer sometimes acts up when we are in a hurry. Dwarka is a busy area, so there is always the sound of cars outside and people walking by the pocket entrance. We just spend our hours going through data or talking about what needs to happen next in the group. It is honest work and we have been in this flat for a while now. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we don't mind much. It feels like home after you’ve been here a few years. People stop by and we just carry on with the research or whatever is on the desk that morning. It’s just how things go for us here in Sector-17. We try to keep things organized but with all the action group stuff, it gets a bit cluttered. That’s just part of the job I guess. We just keep moving forward with the daily tasks.
