Our office is tucked away in Vasant Vihar, specifically inside the Indian Airlines Colony at A 13/197. It’s a bit of a residential area, which is nice because it’s quieter than being right on the main road. China Southern Airlines Gsa Condorair is what we go by, and we’ve been handling the airline's local business from this spot for a good while. Most of what we do involves sitting at our desks and making sure the flights and bookings are all in order. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls, to be honest. Being in the Indian Airlines Colony feels right because there are a lot of people around here who understand the aviation world. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a workspace with some computers, a couple of printers that sometimes jam, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist in a suit. We’re just a small group of people working out of a flat in New Delhi 110 057. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through, but we manage. Vasant Vihar is a good neighborhood, and we’re happy to be based here. People usually find us when they need help with their travel plans or have questions about the flights. We just try to give them the information they need and get them on their way. We usually have a bit of music playing in the background to keep the mood light while we work through the stacks of forms on our desks.
