Setting up in B-401 at Pride Hrc Society has been an interesting change for us. Being in a residential society in Indirapuram means things are a lot quieter than the main road. We have this small office space where we handle the airline stuff. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which is actually kind of nice. The security guards at the gate know us by name now since we come and go at odd hours. Most of our day is spent looking at flight schedules and trying to help people with their bookings over the phone. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee because the local shops are a bit of a walk away. The balcony gives us a decent view of the other blocks, and sometimes we take a break there when the phone stops ringing for a minute. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of power cables running along the floor. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. People usually find us because they have a specific problem with their travel plans. It can get a bit lonely since it’s just a small crew here, but we keep each other entertained. We have a routine of sorting through papers every Friday to keep the place from getting too cluttered. It’s just a simple setup in a quiet part of town.
