We are located over in Palam, New Delhi. Being near the airport area means things are always moving fast around here. Our office for China Eastern Airline is not a big, fancy headquarters. It is just a practical space where we handle the airline's needs on the ground. You can hear the planes taking off and landing throughout the day, which serves as a constant reminder of what we are doing. We have a small team here, and we spend a lot of time looking at flight schedules and manifests. It is not the kind of job you see in the movies. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls and making sure the details are correct. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, and the chairs are not the most comfortable, but we do not mind much. We are used to the rhythm of the place. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby and then get back to it. It is steady work, and we have been doing it from this Palam location for a while now. We do not have any big slogans or missions; we just want to get through the day's tasks without any major hiccups. It is just about getting the work done and making sure everything is where it should be.
