China Airlines

Our office for China Airlines is located in Sonepat, Haryana. We are at 471/26 in West Ram Nagar. It is a bit of a distance from the main airport but we handle a lot of the administrative side of things here. Sonepat is a growing area and it is nice to be based here instead of the middle of Delhi. The office is pretty simple. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves coordinating flight details and talking to passengers over the phone. West Ram Nagar is a residential area mostly so it is relatively quiet compared to the city center. We aren't a big flashy terminal. We are just the people in the background making sure things are sorted out for the airline. Sometimes people come in with questions about their tickets. We do our best to find the answers in the system. The weather in Haryana gets very dusty during the summer. We spend a lot of time keeping the office clean from the outside dirt. We have a small team here. We don't use big words or corporate talk. We just tell people the flight times and help with their bookings. It is steady work. The 131001 zip code area has changed a lot lately with new buildings. We’ve stayed right here on our street. It’s a plain office for a busy airline. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
