We are tucked away in B-17 Rajya Sabha Awas, which is part of the Ina Colony area in New Delhi. It is a bit of a different spot for an airline office because it is mostly a residential place for government folks. We have been here for a while now, just handling the day-to-day things that come up. If you are looking for us, you have to come through the main gates of the colony and look for our building number. It is usually pretty quiet around here, except when people are coming home from work in the evenings. Inside the office, it is just us doing the usual paperwork and answering the phones. We do not have a big flashy sign or anything, just the address on the door. New Delhi can get really hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going and try to stay on top of the bookings. People mostly call us or send over emails rather than walking in, but we are here every day. It is not like those big fancy offices you see in the city center. It is more of a practical place where we get the work done. We have got some chairs for visitors and a few computers that have seen better days. It feels more like a local spot because we know the neighbors and the security guys at the gate. We just keep things moving and make sure the tickets and schedules are sorted out for whoever needs them.
