China Airlines Through Bird Worldwide Flight Services

We are located at A-4/65 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential-looking block but we operate China Airlines through Bird Worldwide Flight Services from this spot. New Delhi-110063 is a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, which is a nice change of pace. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of flight details and passenger information every day. It’s mostly computer work and taking calls from people who have questions about their trips. The building is a bit older, so the walls have a few scuffs and marks here and there. We have a small area where people can sit if they need to wait, but it’s not very big and we don’t get many walk-ins. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small back room. There is a little park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk when we need a break from looking at the screens. Sometimes the printers act up right when we need to finish a bunch of paperwork. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, so you really have to look for the house number to find us. It feels more like a home office than a big airline hub. We just do our part in the bigger travel system from this corner.
