China Airlines Passenger Service Agent (Bwfs)

We sit here at 309/11 in the Railway Flats over in Rani Bagh handling things for the airline. It is mostly a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are traveling. The building is older and has that specific feel of railway quarters. You can hear the neighborhood noise coming through the windows most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking flight lists on the computer screens. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Some days it gets quite crowded in this small space when there are a lot of updates to process. We have been here for a while now and everyone knows where the office is. We just keep up with the passenger lists and make sure the names are right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. There are files everywhere on the desks. We eat our lunch together in the corner. The tea guy comes by around four o'clock. It is just a normal place where we do our jobs day in and day out. Rani Bagh is a busy area so there is always someone walking past the door. We try to stay organized but it gets messy when things get busy during the holiday seasons. That is just how it goes here.
