Chd Developers Ltd. Bhika Ji Cama Place, New Delhi

Chd Developers has an office over in Pratap Nagar in Gurgaon. Even though the name mentions Bhika Ji Cama Place in New Delhi, this location is where a lot of the actual day-to-day work happens. We are based in the 122001 area. Gurgaon is always changing with new buildings going up everywhere, but our spot in Pratap Nagar stays pretty much the same. It is a busy office because there is always a lot of projects to keep track of. We have desks piled with drawings and maps of different sites. It is not the most organized looking place if you just walk in, but we know where everything is. The staff here has been around for a while. We talk to contractors and people looking for homes or office spaces. It is a lot of coordinating between different people. We are not really into the flashy side of real estate. We just focus on the buildings and the paperwork that comes with them. Being a limited company means there is a lot of rules to follow, so we spend a good chunk of time on that stuff. Pratap Nagar is a decent place to be based since it is central to a lot of our sites. We do not have a big fancy showroom here, just a functional space where we get things done. It is how we have always operated and it seems to work for us and the people we deal with.
