Chariot Tours

Our place is in Sector-7, Rohini, which is part of the Delhi-Haryana border area. It’s a decent spot, though the 110085 area can get pretty congested during the office hours. We spend our time here at Chariot Tours planning out routes and talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays. The office is small, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for guests. We have stacks of brochures that usually end up a bit messy on the counter. Most days are spent on the phone, checking if the hotels are ready or if the bus is on its way. We don't use a lot of complicated systems, just some simple lists and a reliable internet connection when it decides to work. The walls have a few posters of mountains and beaches that are starting to fade a bit at the edges. It’s a real person’s job, dealing with cancellations and last-minute changes that happen when people travel. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets hectic when three people call at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep the mood light. It’s just us in Rohini, trying to make sure the trips we plan actually happen without too much of a fuss. We usually close up early on Saturdays so everyone can get some rest and spend time with family.
