Our workshop and office is at 626, East Rajiv Colony, in Sec-56A of Faridabad. Being in this part of Haryana means we deal with a lot of dust and noise, especially since we are around cars all day. Chanson Motors is not a shiny showroom; it is a practical place where there is always a bit of grease on the floor and tools scattered around. We spend our hours under hoods or talking to people about what is wrong with their engines. The fan in the corner squeaks a lot, but we have stopped noticing it after all this time. It gets quite busy in the mornings when people drop off their vehicles on their way to work. We have a small area where people can sit and wait, though most people just stand around and watch us work. The neighborhood of East Rajiv Colony is pretty lively, so there is always something happening outside our doors. We are just a group of mechanics and staff who know our way around a motor. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tougher than we thought it would be. There is no corporate vibe here at all, just the smell of oil and the sound of wrenches hitting the ground. It is a bit messy, but that is how a real garage usually looks when people are actually working. We just do the work and move on.
