Channel Partner Of Icici Bank Ltd

We are located in N-5, Abul Fazal Enclave. It's a busy part of New Delhi. We work as a channel partner for ICICI Bank. Mostly we handle paperwork and help people with their banking needs. The office isn't very big but we get things done. People come in from the neighborhood. We've been here for a while now. Dealing with banks can be confusing so we try to make it easier. We spend most of our day on the phone or filling out forms. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. The enclave is always crowded, so parking is a bit of a pain sometimes. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It's nice to know the people who live nearby. Sometimes the internet is slow and that slows us down, but we manage. If you need something with your account or a loan, you just walk in. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some chairs and desks. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. We close up around the usual time in the evening. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years. Haryana is just a stone's throw away from here. We just keep things moving and help the bank reach people in this area. It’s just a regular local office doing its thing every day. We hope to stay here for many more years because the community is good to us. There is always tea ready for anyone who stops by for a chat.
