Chankya

You can find us at A1-98 in Chhatarpur Extension, which is a part of New Delhi that has grown a lot lately. Chankya is a small operation, and we like it that way. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are kind of narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a decent space. We don’t have any big signs outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our day is spent handling local business and talking to people who come by with questions. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for when the delivery guys show up. We have some basic wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. The light in the afternoon gets really bright through the windows, so we have to pull the curtains. Chhatarpur is a busy place, but our little corner feels a bit tucked away from the main rush. We don't do anything flashy. We just show up, do the work, and head home. There’s a tea stall at the end of the lane where we go twice a day to stretch our legs. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us keeping the wheels turning. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building and the neighbors who share the space.
