Down here in Ghitorni at Nd-70, things stay pretty active most days. We are Ceragem World India Pvt.Ltd. and we’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a good bit now. Mostly we just deal with the equipment and help people figure out how to use the thermal stuff properly. It’s a lot of explaining things over and over, but that’s just how it is. The shop isn't anything too fancy, just a practical space where we can show the machines. We get people coming in from all over the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but once they get inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the displays aren’t dusty. It’s a small team of us here. We don’t really do the big sales pitches. People usually come in because they heard about us from a neighbor or someone in the family. We just show them what we have and let them try it out. If a machine acts up, we have to get it sorted out pretty quick. It’s just regular work, nothing special. We open up in the morning, do our thing, and go home when the sun goes down. Ghitorni is a busy place to be, but we like having the shop right here where people can find us easily.
