Cell Connection

Cell Connection is based in Shakarpur at Vikas Plaza, specifically Shop No-1 V. It’s a good location because there are always people passing through the plaza. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are in a hurry and just want a quick cable, while others have major problems with their phones that take hours to look at. The shop is organized but it’s definitely a working space. There are tools and parts everywhere. We focus on getting things working again. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs or anything. It’s a practical shop for people who need their phones fixed. We’ve been in Vikas Plaza for a while now and we’ve seen the area change a lot. But the problems people have with their phones stay pretty much the same. Screens break, batteries fail, and software gets glitchy. We just take it one device at a time. It’s a small team here, so we all do a bit of everything. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just talk to the customers and try to figure out what they need. It’s a busy life but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Shakarpur market scene. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. It’s been our home for a long time now and we like it.
