If you’re ever in Dilshad Garden, you can find Cel Point over at B 20. It’s a small shop, but we’ve got it packed with all kinds of mobile accessories and phones. We’ve been here for a while now, and it’s become a bit of a routine. I get here early to open up before the heat gets too bad. Most of the day is spent talking to customers about why their phones are acting up or showing them the latest covers we got in. We don’t do any big marketing. Most of our business comes from people who live in the blocks nearby. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we like to keep it that way. The shop itself is pretty simple—just a few glass cases and some chairs for people to sit while they wait for a repair. I do most of the fixing myself in the small space behind the counter. It’s not always organized, but I have my own way of finding the right screws and parts. We don't have a fancy website or a social media person. If someone wants to see what we have, they just come by and look. Sometimes we sit outside on the stools and chat with the neighbors when it’s slow. It’s a quiet life, but it suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to anyone who stops in for help with their gadgets.
