We are based over at 161 in Pocket D of Mayur Vihar, Phase 2. This part of Delhi is mostly residential, so it is a bit quieter than the commercial hubs, which we actually like. Our office is tucked into one of the blocks where it is easy to get to know the neighbors. We deal with hair products and beauty supplies, so there is often a lot of boxes coming in and out. The space is a bit tight when a new shipment arrives, and we have to stack things carefully to make sure we still have room to walk around. It is a small team here, just a handful of us making sure orders get sent out to salons and shops across the city. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is mostly just an office and a bit of storage. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact pocket because the signs aren't always clear, but we usually go out to the main road to guide them in. It is a very grounded way to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to customers and checking on stock. It is not a glamorous job, but we take care of what needs to be done. Most of us have been here long enough that it feels like home. We know the lady who sells parathas at the corner.
